Experience & Knowledge: Proven practical experience in Human Resources (HR) with a solid foundational knowledge of HR practices and operations.
Experience working in both domestic and foreign-capital environments is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Persona: We are seeking a highly proactive professional who can work flexibly and take a hands-on approach, rather than maintaining a strict boundary around their scope of work.
Language Skills: * Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
Work Style: * Full-time office attendance (5 days a week) at the Yokohama office is required.
